1100 Registration in the conference room; meet up; view the displays*
   
1130 Welcome and introduction by Lt-Commander Chris Broadway, RN (Ret), followed by:

Speeches and stories from our survivors;

Talk by Sandy Holland, ex-CPO WRNS, about her experiences aboard HMS Dunedin at Plymouth in 1941;

Presentation and discussion of a significant newly-acquired report of the sinking and the rafts;

Other presentations and updates of interest.

   
1300 Lunch in the cafeteria or bring your own picnic.
   
1400 Walk to the Dunedin Memorial.
   
1410 Service of Remembrance at the Dunedin Memorial.
   
1450 Further discussions and Q&A with our survivors and veterans in the conference room; view the displays; wrap-up.

*Members can have access to the Arboretum site and use the cafeteria facilities before the start and can attend the optional NMA daily chapel service.
